Bruntwood SciTech played a pivotal role in bringing together our national network to kick off a week celebrating technology and innovation across the UK.
The launch took place at Circle Square, Bruntwood SciTech’s Manchester innovation district, bringing together 60+ partners, founders, tech leaders and organisations from across the country.
We caught up with the Bruntwood SciTech team to hear more about its work, why it chose to get involved with UK Tech Week and what excites it most about the future of the UK’s tech ecosystem.

Today, we are home to everything from early-stage startups to global corporations, and UK Tech Week is the perfect platform to connect with and welcome even more ambitious businesses into our ecosystem.
What excites us most is the sheer diversity of problems being solved and the tangible impact those solutions are making. We see this firsthand through our Female Founders Incubator, the breadth of life-changing technology coming through is incredible, spanning everything from PetTech and MarTech to diagnostic apps for rare diseases. The speed of innovation right now is phenomenal, and it’s a privilege to support the founders who are driving that change forward.
