Belfast Tech Week is excited to become an official Event Partner of UK Tech Week. This initiative celebrates Belfast’s tech scene, fostering an inclusive environment for all levels and backgrounds within the ecosystem. 

At BTW, we’re taking a unique approach. Functioning as an “unconference”, we’ll be running a week-long series of events and activities organised by independent hosts and companies under the unified banner of “Belfast Tech Week”. We’re aiming to provide unique opportunities to highlight what makes Belfast’s tech scene so exceptional – from our amazing startup ecosystem, success stories, international companies and academic institutions. 

Belfast boasts one of the fastest-growing tech sectors in the UK, so our aim is to connect Belfast’s thriving tech community with the wider UK ecosystem, fostering collaboration, investment, and growth. We aspire to be the leading platform to showcase the dynamism and potential of Northern Ireland’s tech sector. 

Partnering with UK Tech Week is a tremendous opportunity to propel Belfast onto the wider UK stage. It allows us to showcase the energy and innovation of our local scene to a wider audience; attracting investment, talent, and collaborations that will fuel our continued growth.
